    1. Requests covered

You may ask for access, a processing summary, correction, completion, update, deletion, consent withdrawal, communication opt-out, nomination, portability or restriction where applicable, and human review of material AI-assisted information.

    2. How to submit

Email privacy@trutalent.ai with your account email, request type, relevant employer or workspace, and enough detail to locate the data. Do not email sensitive identity documents unless requested through a secure channel.

    3. Verification

TruTalent may verify identity, authority, and scope using account access, email confirmation, limited identifiers, or customer confirmation. Requests involving employer-controlled records may be forwarded to or coordinated with that employer.

    4. Response process

TruTalent will acknowledge, log, assess, search, apply exemptions, act, and respond within the legally required period. Complex or high-volume requests may take longer where law allows. Deletion excludes records that must be retained for legal, fraud, security, dispute, or contractual reasons.

    5. Grievance escalation

If dissatisfied, email grievance@trutalent.ai with the request reference and reason. TruTalent will conduct an independent review and provide the applicable regulator or Data Protection Board escalation route where relevant.

    6. No retaliation

TruTalent will not unlawfully disadvantage a person for exercising privacy rights. Some optional or data-dependent features may become unavailable after deletion or withdrawal.
