    1. Core rule

    Use TruTalent only for lawful, fair, transparent, and authorized talent, career, or hiring activity.

    2. Prohibited conduct

    You must not use TruTalent to:

    • discriminate unlawfully or apply criteria unrelated to legitimate job requirements;
    • publish fake, misleading, unlawful, unpaid, or exploitative jobs;
    • impersonate candidates, recruiters, employers, or references;
    • scrape, harvest, sell, rent, enrich, or repurpose candidate data without permission;
    • contact candidates for unrelated advertising, financial products, political activity, or scams;
    • conduct unauthorized background checks or obtain data through deception;
    • infer protected or sensitive traits or use prohibited biometric or emotion-recognition techniques;
    • make a consequential employment decision solely from an AI output;
    • upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, evade rate limits, bypass permissions, or compromise accounts;
    • reverse engineer models, prompts, taxonomies, verification logic, or security controls;
    • infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, or database rights;
    • harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or endanger any person; or
    • violate sanctions, anti-bribery, anti-trafficking, employment, immigration, consumer, privacy, AI, or cybersecurity laws.

    3. Recruiter-specific obligations

    Recruiters must use accurate identity and company details; maintain a legitimate job or talent purpose; honor candidate preferences; provide required notices; use appropriate human review; restrict exports; delete data when no longer needed; and respond to access, correction, deletion, accommodation, and challenge requests.

    4. Candidate-specific obligations

    Candidates must provide materially accurate information, submit documents they are authorized to use, avoid impersonation and assessment cheating, keep credentials secure, and not misuse employer or recruiter information.

    5. Platform integrity

    No automated access, bulk extraction, credential sharing, trial abuse, payment fraud, fake engagement, artificial profile manipulation, or creation of competing datasets is permitted without written authorization.

    6. Enforcement

    TruTalent may warn, remove content, limit visibility, suspend features, preserve evidence, notify workspace administrators, terminate accounts, or report unlawful activity. Actions will be proportionate where reasonably practicable. Appeals may be submitted to grievance@trutalent.ai.
